When title search is completed, copies of deeds of trust (mortgages), various assessments and matters of probate, heirship, divorce and bankruptcy, judgements, liens, taxes, legal ownership and debts owed by them are addressed.
A KMLT escrow officer oversees the closing of the transaction and insures that old mortgages are paid off, the new mortgage is recorded and other performing services are paid.
